Leadership

CJ lives and works in beautiful Durango, CO. He leads our ministry called Patrick Crossing which hosts weekly services of teaching and worship. CJ is a graduate of Fort Lewis College, Golden Gate Seminary along with post-graduate work at Talbot Seminary and Neuro-Science certifications. In addition to his pastoring responsibilities, he serves as the President of the Durango Celtic Society, the Durango Celtic Festival and also finds time to minister as the Chaplain for Durango Fire and Rescue.  He lives with his wife, Jan, an educator and school principal. They delight in their 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren!

Shiela is a graduate of Colorado Christian University with a B.A. in Business with an emphasis in marketing. Shiela brings to the ministry not only business and accounting acumen, but she is a multi-instrumentalist with a passion for leading worship and mentoring new musicians. She currently works as the co-leader for the Durango Celtic Festival along with playing regular gigs with the Patrick Crossing Celtic Band and her other, newly formed band, The Bowmaneers.  Shiela is married to James and they have two grown children, Brittany and Jarod, who also serve on both the worship team and The Bowmaneers. 

Robbie is graduate of Fort Lewis College and runs a successful real estate management company. Robbie has been a valuable member of Patrick Crossing from the beginning and lends both wisdom and encouragement to our team. He is passionate about prayer and stewardship and serves as a teaching elder. Robbie is married to Janet and they have two teenage children, Nathan & Jacob.
