One of the great values we share at Patrick Crossing is bringing our children into the worship experience as early as possible. So often, the Sunday morning worship can be one of the most divided moments in the week as parents and kids go their separate ways at the beginning of worship and meet up after worship. Yet, we believe that there is nothing more powerful than a family worshiping together. Jesus didn't mind the lovely eagerness and curiosity of children. In fact, he pointed to children as the "model citizens" of the kingdom of heaven. We agree! If a child needs a little help we also offer self-directed curriculum that is overseen by Jan Alderton, CJ's wife, who also serves as an elementary public school principal.

Children worship and attend service with the adults. We do provide headsets and iPads that are pre-loaded with a new Bible story every week for the youngest children.
